Yes of course, after the first trimester, you can enjoy pregnancy massage! The products I use in my facials are pregnancy-safe as per the Neal’s Yard FAQ. Reflexology is also a great treatment for a pregnant client. Heat treatments are not recommended during pregnancy.

Yes, men especially enjoy the Bamboo Massage and they are welcome to any of the treatments. There is a treatment especially for men, called Men’s De-Stress.
